I don't know why SpO2 Assistant 3.1 asks me to fill the password, but the old version SpO2 Assistant 3.0.5 is ok.
Can anyone help me?

I use this software with my Contec CMS501. Works well once you get past learning curve. Smile

Guest, I can't figure out how to actually save the measurement into a file, or how to pull data stored on the oximeter. Any suggestions?

I used this with the Oximeter that I purchased. It came with it. I suspect that it only works with that brand of Oximeter.
I use it with Bluetooth. It connects well either via Bluetooth or USB. It is fairly intuitive and generates a very professional looking report.

I really wish you had mentioned which model you had purchased as I am trying to locate one for a Contac pulse oximeter CMS501 and so far, can't find anything - secondly IF there were a file that allowed his model to work on a mac, that would even be more of a plus to find out Wink

It works with the Acc U Rate CMS 50F plus oximeter.
